The legal system can be daunting to most people — but not to me. I’ve been practicing law for 20 years. I’ve appeared in over 25 county courts as well as Federal court. I’ve represented people in everything from simple traffic tickets to homicide.
I studied law at Rutgers Law School and passed the bar exam on the first try in 2002.
My practice is focused on the practical problems that real people face — criminal, DUI, traffic, family, and civil cases like credit cards suing (often improperly) for old charged off debts.
I am available, affordable, professional, and don’t take myself too seriously. One of the serious flaws most lawyers have is an overinflated ego. Too often, lawyers make the case about them, when really it should be about you. As the client, you are the most important person in the matter, and I treat my clients as such.
As a Delaware County, PA criminal, traffic, and civil lawyer, I’m proud that I’ve helped hundreds of people through some of their darkest times. Hear what some of my clients have had to say about me:
Several months ago I started receiving flyers by mail seemingly out of the blue. They offered protection from being sued, and offers of bankruptcy assistance. It turns out they knew I was about to be served, and took what felt like an unethical route to try to get my business.
I contacted Mr. Thomas, who promptly looked up my case, sent me the information I needed, and informed me of what all would be involved and what he thought he could do for me. I was being sued for old credit card debt. He charged me an extremely fair, flat rate and met with me a couple times over the course of the next month to handle paperwork & take care of business. Had I not had a lawyer, I easily would have had a judgment passed against me.
Even if the outcome had not been in my favor (which it was,) I feel that Mr. Thomas was an asset to have on my side. He took the time to listen and was very clear in helping me to manage my expectations. 10/10, would hire again.
